I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last month to simply get a replacement bedframe with no luck. One of the four bed posts started to tilt and then the supporting middle post under the bed just snapped off. The bed frame was a beautiful raised frame with a luxury headboard and the mattress is very weighty but extremely comfortable. Poor quality, service and incompetent staffīought a bedframe, mattress package for just under £1000 less than 2 years ago.
