A manager did come over and asked how it went and we very politely said it really could have been a much better experience, very disappointing overall, her reply was the best though, "So sorry for your experience." Then she walked away. When it was time to go I had to go find her to get the bill and pay. We have now been there for 1 hour and our waitress finally asked if she could refill our drinks? A little late but she put water bottles on the table and walked away. Finally my mom was served which hers was the only one that was actually hot. Everyone else was served lukewarm food, biscuits dry and hard.

I literally had to get up and get water and coffee on my own for my party of 9 plus the table next to us.įinally our food arrives for our Mother's Day breakfast and my mom didn't get her meal. We ordered our food and our drinks were never refilled. By the time our waitress came back to take our food order everyone's coffee and water was empty. Once we placed our drink order it was at least another 5 minutes before we got anything to drink. We sat for 10 minutes without a drink order. it but they said it would only come back? Crazy the size of the puddle did not increase in size.Įither way.
